  • Pricing is in two parts

    1) The Photoshoot - The process starts with a custom designed photoshoot day for you. Your photoshoot day is priced at $300. This price does not include any prints or digitals. However you will receive a $300 credit to put towards images. To use the credit you must spend at least $500 in products, either printed or digital.

    2) The Images - The next step is your reveal session where you can choose the images you would like to purchase. Products range from $200 - $3500. See my products & price guide to get an overview of image pricing. Remember you must spend at least $500 on images to use your $300 credit from the booking fee.   • I am based in Cairns, Queensland (Australia). The pool that I use for my underwater photoshoots is at Placid Pools in Smithfield. We will have access to 5 different pools in a private and beautiful area.

  • As long as you are not terrified of the water you will be fine! The pool is shallow enough to stand in and we will take it slow.

    Children must be comfortable in the water and be supervised by a parent at all times.

  • As long as you can. Only a few seconds at a time is necessary to get a beautiful photo.

    Together, we will practice breathing techniques at a pace that suits you. The aim is to make you feel calm and at ease. This will help produce natural-looking and effortless portraits.

  • At the moment photoshoots are available on Fridays. Sometimes I can do photoshoots on Saturday morning by request.

  • There is no rush or time limit for your photoshoot, it will last as long as needed. But typically we will be together for a few hours. I only schedule one photoshoot a day so that you get the attention you deserve. The underwater process may come quickly to you, or it may take some time. Regardless the goal is to make you feel comfortable no matter how long that takes to get you the photos you deserve.

  • I have a couple of dresses you are more than welcome to wear. However I would recommend bringing your own outfits as well, something you love and feel comfortable in. Bright colors and flowy fabrics look amazing underwater! I also shoot nudes, implied nudes and boudoir if that is what you desire.

  • Absolutely! We encourage family participation to capture the collective anticipation and joy of welcoming your new addition.

  • Send me an email and I will set up a time for us to chat over phone or Zoom. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and for me to talk you through the process. If you are happy with everything then we will choose a date and start planning your underwater photoshoot!

  • A retainer fee of $300 is due when you book. All products purchased can be paid for at the time of the reveal and ordering appointment. I gladly accept cash, credit cards or bank transfer.

  • Yes, as a professional photographer most of my work is in front of a computer. I edit every single image for basic brightening, color and minor tweaks before your reveal and ordering session. Once you select your artwork images, I further edit the selected images to prepare them for print. I spend hours transforming your images into works of art.

  • I love wall art and offer museum grade canvas and acrylic prints. You also have a choice of an album, a folio box and matted and framed prints. I offer a wide range of product sizes to suit every need. I can also custom order additional sizes and products at your request.

  • Yes I have different packages for digital images. In addition, when you purchase printed products at your reveal session I will include a high-resolution digital of each of the images printed. Digital artwork is not automatically included with any photography session.

  • Absolutely! I am fully insured for public liability and equipment insurance.

  • No the pool is not heated but being in Cairns it is pool weather all year round! We will have access to both a saltwater pool and a mineral pool.

  • For the optimal portrayal in your maternity photoshoot, we recommend scheduling it between 28 to 36 weeks of pregnancy.
